The team handles these patients beginning with initial intake through case settlement whilst building relationships with Adjusters, Case Mangers and Attorneys.  Our Liaison’s handle initial intake including scheduling and authorizations for office visits as well as questions and concerns our patients may have. Our Authorization Specialists obtain all approvals for procedures. Our Biller ensures all claims are mailed out on a daily basis to be received by payers with thin the correct time frame. Our Collectors ensure claims are being received by the payers and paid in a timely manner. Any claims that may have been denied, they are working their hardest to get overturned and paid.  Collectively as team we all work together to provide the best possible experience for all patients.
