The scheduling team is responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting with any of our patient’s needs. They are also trained to qualify patients prior to scheduling to ensure they are receiving the highest level of care.

Outbound calls are also made daily to reschedule patients who have cancelled their appointments and answer any online inquiries.

*This team does NOT schedule patients related to a Personal Injury or Worker’s Comp case.
